Return & Exchange Policy

At Living A Quantum Life, everything we offer is designed to support your growth, well-being, and joy—whether it’s an inspiring workshop, a one-on-one coaching session, a guided meditation, or a handpicked product.

We understand that life can sometimes shift unexpectedly, and we aim to balance fairness with flexibility. This policy is our way of honouring your commitment to your personal journey while respecting the time, energy, and resources we put into creating each experience and product.

🌸 In-Person Workshops & Events

Your seat is special, and we often have limited spaces for our gatherings.

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund or transfer to another workshop.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: We’ll do our best to fill your spot. If we can, we’ll offer a full refund or transfer. If we can’t, we’ll offer a 50% credit toward a future event.
  • Day-of cancellations/no-shows: We understand life happens, but we are unable to offer refunds. However, please reach out—we’ll always explore options together.

💻 Virtual Workshops & Live Group Coaching (Zoom)

These gatherings are built on real-time energy and presence, and your place matters.

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or transfer to a future date.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: We’ll offer a 50% credit toward a future workshop.
  • Day-of cancellations/no-shows: We’re unable to offer refunds, but we encourage you to reach out. We’ll always listen and explore options if something unexpected happens.

🌿 1:1 Coaching Sessions (Virtual)

Coaching is a deep commitment to your personal growth, and our time together is valuable.

  • Rescheduling: Life happens! You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice—just let us know.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: We understand, but last-minute changes affect our schedule, so we may need to count the session as used.
  • Missed Sessions: We’ll always check in if something goes wrong, but no-shows without notice are considered a completed session.

Coaching Packages:

  • Unused sessions expire after 6 months from the date of your first session (unless we agree otherwise together).
  • Refunds: If you start a coaching journey but decide it’s not the right fit, reach out within the first 2 sessions. We’ll refund your remaining sessions—no questions asked. After that, we offer credits toward other services instead of refunds.

 


📥 Digital Products (Meditations, Courses, & Self-Study Programs)

These offerings are delivered instantly and designed for you to keep forever.

  • Due to their digital nature, all sales are final.
  • But—we care: If you experience any issues accessing your product or feel unsatisfied, reach out to us. We’ll work together to find a solution.

🛍️ Physical Products (Books, Journals, & More)

We carefully select each product with intention and love.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Within 14 days of delivery in unopened, unused condition.
  • Sale Items: Final sale.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or there was an error on our part.
