📦 Physical Products

All physical products are shipped from our home base in Sherwood Park, Alberta, using Canada Post (post-box friendly) or UPS, depending on what works best for your order and location.

  • We ship out 1-2 times a week.
    This rhythm allows us to pack everything thoughtfully and sustainably, while balancing our commitment to workshops and coaching.

    We get it—life moves fast sometimes.

🌸 In-Person Workshops & Events

Our in-person gatherings happen in many beautiful spaces, but most often at Red Hawk Mews (formerly Wollf House) in Sherwood Park, Alberta

  • Event dates and locations will always be confirmed on our website.
    Please check the event listing carefully before booking.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know after you book.
    If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

📥 Digital Products (Meditations, Courses, Self-Study Programs)

Our digital offerings are delivered straight to your inbox, usually within minutes of your purchase.

Digital products are yours to keep forever, but we ask that you honor the spirit in which they were created:

⏳ Delivery Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We do our very best to ensure your items arrive safely and on time, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us.
  • We’ll work with you and our shipping partners to find a solution.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss.
    We know this can be disappointing, and while we can’t replace every item, we’ll always listen and see what we can do.
